Hello, and thank you so much for visiting Your Family Extended! My name is Gretchen, and this mission is deeply personal to me. When my uncle developed Alzheimer’s, he had no one nearby to notice the changes in his health until it was too late. That experience inspired my family and me to make sure no loved one ever goes unnoticed or unsupported.
